Returns

  • Eligibility Window: You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Item Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of its status.

  • Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: You will receive your credit within 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to our customer service team. We will happily guide you through the exchange process and help you select your new item.

Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
